Not every situation requires the same level of support
We recommend the engagement that appears appropriate for the problem, the responsibilities involved, and the complexity of the decisions ahead — not a one-size package.
Which situation best describes what you need?
Select one path. Pricing and next steps appear immediately — then continue to the questionnaire when you are ready.
If you have tax compliance issues, start with IRS & Tax Resolution
Business owners facing notices, unfiled returns, or other tax compliance issues should choose IRS & Tax Resolution first. We will use that Discovery Chat to address the tax problem and, when appropriate, advise you on Business Solutions from there.
The same is true at the individual level. If you have tax problems, choose IRS & Tax Resolution. We support those taxpayers in getting current and maintaining compliance.
Build the financial foundation for a stronger business and the wealth it creates.
As a business grows, accounting, reporting, tax planning, cash flow, and financial decisions become increasingly connected. Business Solutions bring accounting, tax, and advisory together so you can delegate recurring financial responsibilities, understand what your numbers are telling you, and make better decisions about what comes next.
What could you do differently with better financial information and less financial administration?
The value is not limited to completed bookkeeping. It can include time returned to the owner, more dependable reporting, proactive tax planning, greater visibility into profitability and cash flow, and better information for the decisions that shape the business and the wealth it creates.

Get tax guidance while decisions can still be changed.
Individual Tax Advisory is available only to existing Corridor Consulting clients who are already engaged through Business Solutions, IRS & Tax Resolution, or Estate, Trust & Legacy services. We do not separately onboard stand-alone individual tax clients who do not have a business, tax-resolution matter, or estate, trust, or legacy planning need.
Individual Tax Advisory is an extension of an existing client relationship
For clients already working with us in another service area, year-round individual tax guidance can help address income timing, estimated payments, major transactions, entity questions, and family wealth decisions before the year is over. The goal is to coordinate the individual tax picture with the broader work we are already performing.
Individual tax problems belong in IRS & Tax Resolution
If you have notices, unfiled returns, or other tax problems at the individual level, choose IRS & Tax Resolution. We support those taxpayers in getting current and maintaining compliance. Individual Tax Advisory is year-round planning for existing clients — not the starting point for returning to compliance.

Before you agree to an IRS payment, find out what you can actually afford under their rules.
This is the right starting point for business owners and individuals facing IRS or state notices, unfiled returns, or other tax compliance issues. We help you get current and stay in compliance. If you also need ongoing business accounting and advisory, we will discuss Business Solutions during the Discovery Chat.
A notice or balance due rarely tells the whole story. The amount the IRS initially asks you to pay may be very different from what your financial circumstances support after your income, assets, allowable living expenses, health care costs, household needs, filing history, and collection status are properly analyzed.
What can the IRS actually collect from you based on your financial circumstances and its own collection standards?
Many taxpayers assume that whatever monthly payment the IRS first proposes is the amount they must accept. That is not always the case. Our Case Evaluation is designed to determine where your financial circumstances appear to fall under applicable IRS collection standards before you agree to a resolution that may affect your household for years.
We review income, allowable expenses, health care costs, assets, liabilities, filing compliance, collection status, and other relevant factors to estimate what the IRS may reasonably require and which resolution options may be available.
The cost of getting the answer wrong can be much larger than the cost of the evaluation
Consider a taxpayer who is told to pay approximately $1,000 per month for 72 months. That represents roughly $72,000 of payments.
A complete financial analysis may show that the taxpayer’s actual circumstances support a substantially lower payment, Currently Not Collectible status, an Offer in Compromise, or another collection alternative.
You may legally owe the tax and still not be required to pay all of it. Our job is to determine what the IRS can actually collect under its own rules and pursue the most favorable resolution your circumstances support.
How the process begins
- A complimentary Discovery Chat to understand the situation and identify urgent concerns
- A paid Case Evaluation when a detailed review is the appropriate next step
- Review of relevant filing, account, collection, and compliance information
- Identification of matters requiring correction, representation, or further analysis
- Assessment of available resolution paths and a recommended strategy
- A separate scope and investment for any work that follows
What may increase the evaluation scope
- Business ownership or multiple entities
- Payroll tax issues
- Multiple taxpayers or taxing authorities
- Missing or disorganized records
- Examinations, appeals, levies, liens, or urgent collection activity
- Additional research or account reconstruction
Starts at $1,500
Before recommending a resolution strategy, we determine where your financial circumstances appear to fall under applicable IRS collection standards and what resolution options may be available. Starting investment applies to individual tax matters.
Why this analysis matters
The payment an IRS representative initially proposes is not necessarily the payment your financial circumstances ultimately support. The Case Evaluation helps establish that position before you enter into a collection arrangement.
Our role is to independently analyze the facts, organize the financial information, apply the relevant IRS collection standards, and present your circumstances as clearly and accurately as possible. If you proceed with resolution work, the Case Evaluation investment is applied as a credit toward the selected resolution option.
Do not wait on a notice with a deadline.
Complete the questionnaire so we can understand the notice, collection status, and urgency before your Discovery Chat. The chat is complimentary. The Case Evaluation is recommended only when a detailed review is the right next step.
Complimentary Discovery Chat · Case Evaluation starts at $1,500 if needed.
Plan ahead for the wealth you are building and navigate the responsibilities that arise when it transfers.
Estate, trust, and legacy matters can create important tax and financial decisions both during life and after wealth transfers. We help clients plan proactively during life and support the tax and financial responsibilities that arise when wealth transfers — for business owners, families, executors, trustees, and beneficiaries.
What happens when important wealth and tax decisions are not coordinated before or during a transition?
Planning opportunities can disappear, responsibilities can become harder to unwind, and executors, trustees, beneficiaries, or family members may be left to make consequential decisions without a clear understanding of the tax and financial implications.
The goal is not simply to complete another filing. It is to help ensure important decisions are understood, coordinated, and addressed at the right time.
What we need to understand
- The estate, trust, fiduciary, and individual taxpayers involved
- Required federal and state filings
- The condition and availability of financial records
- Asset, beneficiary, ownership, and succession complexity
- The responsibilities assigned to executors, trustees, or other fiduciaries
- Whether the need is corrective, planning-focused, project-based, or ongoing
Potential areas of support
- Estate and trust tax compliance
- Fiduciary accounting and record coordination
- Executor or trustee support
- Business succession and legacy coordination
- Coordination with attorneys and financial advisors
- Ongoing advisory support when appropriate
Determined after assessment
Scope and investment are provided before substantive work begins.
Why the engagement is customized
The work may range from a defined filing or fiduciary project to ongoing coordination involving several taxpayers, entities, beneficiaries, and professional advisors. We establish the scope and investment after understanding the responsibilities involved.
Need a scoped recommendation for an estate, trust, or legacy matter?
The questionnaire helps us understand the taxpayers, filings, and responsibilities involved. Your Discovery Chat is where we explain the likely path and what must happen before work begins.
No substantive work begins until scope and investment are agreed in writing.
The right engagement starts with understanding the problem.
Before recommending a service, we work to understand where you are, what needs attention, and what you are trying to accomplish.
Understand where you are
We clarify what is happening now, who is responsible, what information is available, and what you are trying to accomplish.
Identify what needs attention
We identify the gaps, risks, responsibilities, or opportunities that should be addressed before recommending a course of action.
Recommend the appropriate path
We recommend an engagement based on the work required, the complexity involved, and the outcome you are trying to achieve.
Complete the questionnaire, then reserve your complimentary Discovery Chat.
We will discuss what is happening, what you want to improve, the responsibilities you may want to delegate, and the complexity involved. We then explain which engagement appears appropriate and what must happen before work begins.
5–10 minute questionnaire
Share the operational facts, current struggles, and what you want to change so we can prepare before we meet.
30-minute Discovery Chat
Discovery Chats are held on Google Meet. You can join on video or dial into the meeting number by phone. No commitment is required to schedule.
This is the required first step for new client work. Phone and email inquiries are directed here as well.
Do I have to hire the firm after the chat?
No. The Discovery Chat is complimentary. You decide whether to proceed after we explain the recommended path.
Why the questionnaire first?
It lets us confirm fit, prepare for your situation, and use the 30 minutes on the issues that actually matter.
When does paid work begin?
Only after you review and sign the engagement agreement. That agreement controls scope, timing, and investment.
All services are subject to the applicable signed engagement agreement. The engagement agreement controls the complete scope, timing requirements, client responsibilities, limitations, investment terms, and other governing conditions.
